style=\"--awb-content-alignment:justify;--awb-line-height:1.2;\"><p>Na\u0161a odli\u010dna atletinja Ne\u017ea Dolenc je pred kratkim postavila dve normi za mladinsko Svetovno prvenstvo v teku na 100 in 400 metrov z ovirami. Pred kratkim ji jo je zagodla manj\u0161a po\u0161kodba, ki bo, kot pravi sama, hitro sanirana. Z njo smo se pogovarjali o maturi, te\u017ekih treningih in njenih ciljih. Ve\u010d si preberite v spodnjem intervjuju.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kak\u0161ni so ob\u010dutki ob postavitvi norme za SP? Si to pri\u010dakovala? Nima\u0161 pa samo ene norme, kajne?<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8220;Ob\u010dutki so fenomenalni, \u010deprav sem to po tihem pri\u010dakovala, saj sem \u017ee lani odtekla normo, ampak ta ni \u0161tela za letos. Sem pa postavila hkrati kar dve normi. Bolj sem se koncentrirala na normo za 400 metrov z ovirami, kot na normo za 100 metrov z ovirami. Sem pa vsekakor za obe zelo vesela.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kak\u0161na so pri\u010dakovanja pred mladinskim svetovnim prvenstvom?<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8220;Na tak\u0161nem tekmovanju, kot je svetovno prvenstvo, je izredno te\u017eko te\u010di dve disciplini, vseeno pa to ostaja moj cilj. Pri teku na 400 metrov z ovirami bi \u017eelela priti vsaj do polfinala. Ostaja pa ta cilj pod vpra\u0161ajem zaradi rahle po\u0161kodbe. Vse je torej odvisno od sanacije te po\u0161kodbe ter nadaljnjih treningov. Pred kratkim si imela maturo in hkrati izjemno pomembne tekme. Je bilo te\u017eko?<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8220;Ves \u010das \u0161olanja sem imela status A, kar pomeni prilagojen pouk, ve\u010d sem lahko manjkala, nisem imela obveznih \u0161portnih in kulturnih dni. Moram re\u010di, da so se mi res lepo prilagodili. V \u010dasu mature pa je bilo res te\u017eko trenirati. Moj trener je treninge prilagodil tako, da sem imela zdaj med maturo la\u017eje treninge, a sem zato 2 meseca pred maturo bolj garala. V zadnjem \u010dasu tudi ni bil problem, \u010de sem kak\u0161en trening izpustila.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ima\u0161 v kratkem kak\u0161no veliko tekmo?<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8220;Najve\u010dja tekma v kratkem je \u010dlansko dr\u017eavno prvenstvo in sicer 24. ter 25. junija. \u017dal se tega tekmovanja ne bom udele\u017eila zaradi po\u0161kodbe. Tudi vse tekme v bli\u017enji prihodnosti so odvisne od sanacije po\u0161kodbe. Treningi so te\u017eki, a v tem u\u017eivam. Samo atletika ali hkrati tudi fakulteta?<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8220;Moj plan se je vpisati na fakulteto. Sem pa izbirala med la\u017ejimi programi, saj mi atletika toliko pomeni, da bi rada redno trenirala.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ima\u0161 tudi manj\u0161o po\u0161kodbo. Kako bo\u0161 prilagajala treninge vse do svetovnega prvenstva?<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8220;Zadnji dve leti imam probleme s svojo stegensko mi\u0161ico, saj sem si jo na zimskem Balkanskem prvenstvu strgala. Takrat sem se malo prehitro vrnila na treninge, sedaj pa se mi ta po\u0161kodba ponavlja. Zadnja dva meseca sem bila \u010disto brez po\u0161kodbe, vse je \u0161lo po maslu. Nedolgo nazaj pa se se te\u017eave ponovno vrnile, zato na zadnjem tekmovanju nisem odtekla do konca. Moj plan je sedaj izvajati treninge v bazenu, saj te\u010di zaenkrat \u0161e ne smem.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Na dru\u017ebenih omre\u017ejih te spremlja veliko ljudi. Posledi\u010dno si se povezala s kar nekaj podjetji. Kako sama vidi\u0161 svoje pojavljanje na dru\u017ebenih medijih?<\/strong><br \/>\n\u201cNa Instagram-u imam skoraj 12 tiso\u010d sledilcev, na TikTok-u pa 4 tiso\u010d. Sicer sem s TikTok-om sem za\u010dela \u0161ele pred kratkim. Zame je to zabava in to delam z u\u017eitkom. Z objavami nisem za\u010dela zaradi kak\u0161ne ideje o poslovni poti, ampak mi je postalo preprosto zabavno objavljati. Z ve\u010djim \u0161tevilom sledilcem pridejo ve\u010dja sodelovanja, kar mi daje \u0161e ve\u010dji zagon. Pred kratkim ji jo je zagodla manj\u0161a po\u0161kodba, ki bo, kot pravi sama, hitro sanirana. Z njo smo se pogovarjali o maturi, te\u017ekih treningih in njenih ciljih. Nima\u0161 pa samo ene norme, kajne?<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8220;Ob\u010dutki so fenomenalni, \u010deprav sem to po tihem pri\u010dakovala, saj sem \u017ee lani odtekla normo, ampak ta ni \u0161tela za letos. Sem pa postavila hkrati kar dve normi. Bolj sem se koncentrirala na normo za 400 metrov z ovirami, kot na normo za 100 metrov z ovirami. Sem pa vsekakor za obe zelo vesela.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kak\u0161na so pri\u010dakovanja pred mladinskim svetovnim prvenstvom?<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8220;Na tak\u0161nem tekmovanju, kot je svetovno prvenstvo, je izredno te\u017eko te\u010di dve disciplini, vseeno pa to ostaja moj cilj. Pri teku na 400 metrov z ovirami bi \u017eelela priti vsaj do polfinala. Ostaja pa ta cilj pod vpra\u0161ajem zaradi rahle po\u0161kodbe. Vse je torej odvisno od sanacije te po\u0161kodbe ter nadaljnjih treningov. Pred kratkim si imela maturo in hkrati izjemno pomembne tekme. Je bilo te\u017eko?<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8220;Ves \u010das \u0161olanja sem imela status A, kar pomeni prilagojen pouk, ve\u010d sem lahko manjkala, nisem imela obveznih \u0161portnih in kulturnih dni. Moram re\u010di, da so se mi res lepo prilagodili. V \u010dasu mature pa je bilo res te\u017eko trenirati. Moj trener je treninge prilagodil tako, da sem imela zdaj med maturo la\u017eje treninge, a sem zato 2 meseca pred maturo bolj garala. V zadnjem \u010dasu tudi ni bil problem, \u010de sem kak\u0161en trening izpustila.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ima\u0161 v kratkem kak\u0161no veliko tekmo?<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8220;Najve\u010dja tekma v kratkem je \u010dlansko dr\u017eavno prvenstvo in sicer 24. ter 25. junija. \u017dal se tega tekmovanja ne bom udele\u017eila zaradi po\u0161kodbe. Tudi vse tekme v bli\u017enji prihodnosti so odvisne od sanacije po\u0161kodbe. Treningi so te\u017eki, a v tem u\u017eivam. Sem pa izbirala med la\u017ejimi programi, saj mi atletika toliko pomeni, da bi rada redno trenirala.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ima\u0161 tudi manj\u0161o po\u0161kodbo. Kako bo\u0161 prilagajala treninge vse do svetovnega prvenstva?<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8220;Zadnji dve leti imam probleme s svojo stegensko mi\u0161ico, saj sem si jo na zimskem Balkanskem prvenstvu strgala. Takrat sem se malo prehitro vrnila na treninge, sedaj pa se mi ta po\u0161kodba ponavlja. Zadnja dva meseca sem bila \u010disto brez po\u0161kodbe, vse je \u0161lo po maslu. Nedolgo nazaj pa se se te\u017eave ponovno vrnile, zato na zadnjem tekmovanju nisem odtekla do konca. Moj plan je sedaj izvajati treninge v bazenu, saj te\u010di zaenkrat \u0161e ne smem.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Na dru\u017ebenih omre\u017ejih te spremlja veliko ljudi. Posledi\u010dno si se povezala s kar nekaj podjetji. Kako sama vidi\u0161 svoje pojavljanje na dru\u017ebenih medijih?<\/strong><br \/>\n\u201cNa Instagram-u imam skoraj 12 tiso\u010d sledilcev, na TikTok-u pa 4 tiso\u010d. Sicer sem s TikTok-om sem za\u010dela \u0161ele pred kratkim. Zame je to zabava in to delam z u\u017eitkom. Z objavami nisem za\u010dela zaradi kak\u0161ne ideje o poslovni poti, ampak mi je postalo preprosto zabavno objavljati. Z ve\u010djim \u0161tevilom sledilcem pridejo ve\u010dja sodelovanja, kar mi daje \u0161e ve\u010dji zagon.
