ji v roke posadila bergle. Atletinja iz Kranja ni obupala kljub te\u017ekim dnevom brez atletike. Ne\u017eo smo pocukali za rokav in jo povpra\u0161ali o poteku rehabilitacije, trenutnih treningih, napredku ter njeni novi slu\u017ebi. Ve\u010d pa v spodnjem pogovoru.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kako dale\u010d je rehabilitacija po po\u0161kodbi?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Minilo je \u017ee 6 mesecev od po\u0161kodbe. Trenutno sem na to\u010dki, ko lahko hodim brez bole\u010din. Vseeno pa mi tek povzro\u010da manj\u0161e te\u017eave. Kadar se spravim te\u010di, si moram gle\u017eenj zbanda\u017eirati, da prepre\u010dim nepotrebno bole\u010dino. Tudi stabilizacija gle\u017enja \u0161e ni na to\u010dki, kjer bi morala biti. Verjamem pa, da bom kmalu dosegla zastavljene cilje. Vsak dan se trudim in izbolj\u0161ujem, zagotovo mi bo to v prihodnosti prineslo bolj\u0161e rezultate.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Izredno si aktivna v fitnesu, kar opazimo po objavah na tvojih dru\u017ebenih omre\u017ejih. Bo fitnes eno podro\u010dje, v katerega bo\u0161 vlagala svoj \u010das tudi v prihodnje?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Fitnes je bil od zmeraj eden od najljub\u0161ih &#8216;delov&#8217; atletike. Prav tako sem sama navdu\u0161ena nad &#8216;gym communityjem&#8217;, ki ga spremljam na dru\u017ebenih omre\u017ejih. Sama sem se v fitnesu zelo na\u0161la. Konec februarja sem za\u010dela z delom na recepciji v fitnesu in tam pridobila veliko prijateljev, ti pa so razlog, da sem sploh za\u010dela s treningi v fitnesu. V fitnesu bom zagotovo ostala tudi, ko se vrnem na stadion. Treningi pa bodo malo bolj prilagojeni na atletiko.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u017de trenira\u0161 na stadionu? Kdaj se vra\u010da\u0161 nazaj tekmovanja?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Trenutno \u017ee treniram, ampak \u0161e ne v polni meri. Odlo\u010dila sem se, da ne prehitevam po\u0161kodbe. Letos bom nogi dala veliko \u010dasa, da se zaceli. S treningi bom nadaljevala skozi celo poletje, ne nameravam pa stopiti na tekmovalna tla. Kako te\u017eko je bilo to obdobje zate?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Pri rehabilitaciji je imel velik vpliv moj trener Bla\u017e \u010cade\u017e, seveda pa tudi star\u0161i in prijatelji. Tudi, ko sem bila zaskrbljena glede vrnitve na atletiko, so me vsi na\u0161teti podpirali in me prepri\u010devali, da izgubljeno leto ni ni\u010d, ker sem \u0161e mlada. Imam \u0161e veliko \u010dasa, da se doka\u017eem. Zame je bilo to obdobje z najve\u010djimi izzivi. Najve\u010d fizi\u010dne in mentalne bole\u010dine. Mislim pa, da sem skozi najhuj\u0161i del \u017ee pri\u0161la. Sedaj me \u010daka samo \u0161e povratek na stezo in dokaz sami sebi in gledalcem, da sem dovolj mo\u010dna za vrnitev. Tekme \u017ee zelo pogre\u0161am, ampak se dr\u017eim nazaj in ne prehitevam celjenja po\u0161kodbe.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Kak\u0161ni so tvoji leto\u0161nji cilji?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Tekmovalnih ciljev nimam. Rada pa bi sebi dokazala, da me \u0161e tako huda po\u0161kodba ne more ustaviti. Rada bi pridobila nazaj samozavest, ki sem jo imela pred padcem in se vrnila bolj\u0161a, kot sem kadarkoli bila.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Kako sedaj gleda\u0161 na po\u0161kodbo? Lahko re\u010de\u0161, da je bilo to eno izmed te\u017ejih obdobij v tvojem \u017eivljenju?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Definitivno je bilo. Veliko sem se nau\u010dila, veliko hudega prestala, a to me je naredilo le mo\u010dnej\u0161o. Po\u0161kodba se je zgodila z nekim namenom, tudi nekaj dobrega sem iz te izku\u0161nje odnesla. S tem sem dokazala, da me ni\u010d ne ustavi. V\u010dasih \u0161e pomislim na sam dogodek, ampak situacija je veliko bolj\u0161a kot pred meseci.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Se ti zdi, da si po po\u0161kodbi manj aktivna na dru\u017ebenih omre\u017ejih?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Po po\u0161kodbi sem res manj aktivna na dru\u017ebenih omre\u017ejih. Moja &#8216;ni\u0161a&#8217; na Instagram-u in TikTok-u je namre\u010d atletika. Teh vsebin ne morem objavljati, \u010de me ve\u010d mesecev ni bilo na stadionu. Dru\u017ebena omre\u017eja vsaj za ta \u010das posku\u0161am zapolniti s fitnesom. Ko se vrnem v atletiko, bo situacija zagotovo bolj\u0161a.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Kaj pa \u0161ola? Atletinja iz Kranja ni obupala kljub te\u017ekim dnevom brez atletike. Ne\u017eo smo pocukali za rokav in jo povpra\u0161ali o poteku rehabilitacije, trenutnih treningih, napredku ter njeni novi slu\u017ebi. Ve\u010d pa v spodnjem pogovoru.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kako dale\u010d je rehabilitacija po po\u0161kodbi?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Minilo je \u017ee 6 mesecev od po\u0161kodbe. Trenutno sem na to\u010dki, ko lahko hodim brez bole\u010din. Vseeno pa mi tek povzro\u010da manj\u0161e te\u017eave. Kadar se spravim te\u010di, si moram gle\u017eenj zbanda\u017eirati, da prepre\u010dim nepotrebno bole\u010dino. Tudi stabilizacija gle\u017enja \u0161e ni na to\u010dki, kjer bi morala biti. Verjamem pa, da bom kmalu dosegla zastavljene cilje. Vsak dan se trudim in izbolj\u0161ujem, zagotovo mi bo to v prihodnosti prineslo bolj\u0161e rezultate.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Izredno si aktivna v fitnesu, kar opazimo po objavah na tvojih dru\u017ebenih omre\u017ejih. Bo fitnes eno podro\u010dje, v katerega bo\u0161 vlagala svoj \u010das tudi v prihodnje?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Fitnes je bil od zmeraj eden od najljub\u0161ih &#8216;delov&#8217; atletike. Prav tako sem sama navdu\u0161ena nad &#8216;gym communityjem&#8217;, ki ga spremljam na dru\u017ebenih omre\u017ejih. Sama sem se v fitnesu zelo na\u0161la. Konec februarja sem za\u010dela z delom na recepciji v fitnesu in tam pridobila veliko prijateljev, ti pa so razlog, da sem sploh za\u010dela s treningi v fitnesu. V fitnesu bom zagotovo ostala tudi, ko se vrnem na stadion. Treningi pa bodo malo bolj prilagojeni na atletiko.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u017de trenira\u0161 na stadionu? Kdaj se vra\u010da\u0161 nazaj tekmovanja?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Trenutno \u017ee treniram, ampak \u0161e ne v polni meri. Odlo\u010dila sem se, da ne prehitevam po\u0161kodbe. Letos bom nogi dala veliko \u010dasa, da se zaceli. S treningi bom nadaljevala skozi celo poletje, ne nameravam pa stopiti na tekmovalna tla. Tudi, ko sem bila zaskrbljena glede vrnitve na atletiko, so me vsi na\u0161teti podpirali in me prepri\u010devali, da izgubljeno leto ni ni\u010d, ker sem \u0161e mlada. Imam \u0161e veliko \u010dasa, da se doka\u017eem. Zame je bilo to obdobje z najve\u010djimi izzivi. Najve\u010d fizi\u010dne in mentalne bole\u010dine. Mislim pa, da sem skozi najhuj\u0161i del \u017ee pri\u0161la. Sedaj me \u010daka samo \u0161e povratek na stezo in dokaz sami sebi in gledalcem, da sem dovolj mo\u010dna za vrnitev. Tekme \u017ee zelo pogre\u0161am, ampak se dr\u017eim nazaj in ne prehitevam celjenja po\u0161kodbe.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Kak\u0161ni so tvoji leto\u0161nji cilji?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Tekmovalnih ciljev nimam. Rada pa bi sebi dokazala, da me \u0161e tako huda po\u0161kodba ne more ustaviti. Rada bi pridobila nazaj samozavest, ki sem jo imela pred padcem in se vrnila bolj\u0161a, kot sem kadarkoli bila.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Kako sedaj gleda\u0161 na po\u0161kodbo? Veliko sem se nau\u010dila, veliko hudega prestala, a to me je naredilo le mo\u010dnej\u0161o.
