Z enim izmed mlaj\u0161ih \u0161portnikov ter njegovim o\u010detom smo kramljali o treningih in o uspehu. Pojavilo se je zanimivo vpra\u0161anje. Koliko je potrebno, da uspe\u0161? Znoja, treninga, ur vadbe, &#8230;? Kompleksno vpra\u0161anje, a smo se odlo\u010dili, da nanj sku\u0161amo vsaj pribli\u017eno odgovoriti. Zagotovo obstaja nek odgovor, ki bi ga lahko dali in ki bi vam pomagal razumeti, kaj vse je potrebno narediti, da bi lahko uspeli. Eden izmed na\u0161ih \u0161portnih psihologov nam je predlagal, naj svoj odgovor poi\u0161\u010demo v knjigi Malcolma Gladwella z naslovom Prebojniki. In smo ga iskali. Pa smo ga na\u0161li?<\/p>\n<p>V na\u0161i \u0161portni agenciji sodelujemo s \u0161portniki, a se bodo v spodaj zapisanem lahko prepoznali tudi drugi. Gre za ve\u010d \u0161tudij in primerov iz razli\u010dnih tematik. Glasbeniki, ra\u010dunalni\u010darji in na koncu \u0161portniki, na katere se \u017eelimo osredoto\u010diti, so uspeli zaradi tega, ker so po\u010deli nekaj podobnega. Zakaj se nekateri prebijejo na sam vrh, drugim pa ne uspe? Dejstvo je, da spodnji zapis ne izhaja v celoti iz na\u0161ih praks. Kot smo \u017ee prej omenili bomo danes govorili o t.i. prebojnikih, kot jih je imenoval angle\u0161ki avtor Malcolm Gladwell. Kaj je potrebno za preboj? Ali obstaja prirojena nadarjenost in ali je to klju\u010d do uspeha? Seveda obstaja, ampak klju\u010dno je nekaj drugega. Psihologi so ogromno \u010dasa namenili preu\u010devanju karier nadarjenih in ugotovili, da je za uspeh pomembno veliko dejavnikov, vendar en \u0161e posebej izstopa. Dovolj dolgovezenja. Pojdimo kar na konkretni primer ali dva.<\/p>\n<p>Zasluge za prvi dokaz gredo psihologu K. Andersu Ericssonu in njegovim sodelavcem, ki so s pomo\u010djo profesorjev na berlinski elitni akademiji za glasbo prou\u010devali \u0161tudente violine. Le te so razporedili v tri skupine. V prvo so dali tiste najbolj pridne, vrhunske, t.i. \u00bbzvezdnike.\u00ab V drugo skupino so postavili dobre violiniste in v zadnjo, tretjo pa tiste, za katere so ocenjevali, da bodo te\u017eko postali poklicni violinisti. Vsi so dobili isto vpra\u0161anje. Koliko ste vadili v celotni karieri? Odgovori za prva leta so bila v vseh skupinah enaka: 2-3 ure tedensko. Pri osmih letih so se za\u010dele delati prve razlike. \u0160tudenti iz prve skupine so takrat za\u010deli vaditi ve\u010d kot ostali. Do devetega leta \u0161est ur na teden, do dvanajstega osem ur na teden, do \u0161tirinajstega leta \u0161estnajst ur in nato vse ve\u010d, tudi do trideset ur tedensko, saj so namensko \u017eeleli izbolj\u0161ati svoje znanje. Do dvajsetega leta je imel vsak od vrhunskih glasbenikov za sabo 10.000 ur vaje. Prav ste prebrali. \u0160tudenti v drugi skupini so v istem obdobju vadili 8.000 ur in v tretji skupini okoli 4.000 ur. Psihologi na \u010delu z Ericssonom so sku\u0161ali najti pianista, ki je samo s talentom in brez truda pri\u0161el na vrh. Pa ga niso na\u0161li. \u010carobna stvar torej obstaja. Imenuje se 10.000 ur. Gladwell je z ve\u010d primeri dokazal, da\u00a0 je to edina stvar, ki je potrebna, da se dose\u017ee resni\u010dna strokovnost. Gladwell po zapisu nevrologa Daniela Levitina navaja: \u00bbTa \u0161tevilka se pojavlja vedno znova, v \u0161tudiji za \u0161tudijo, s katerimi preu\u010dujejo skladatelje, leposlovne pisatelje, ko\u0161arkarje, drsalce, &#8230;\u00ab Mo\u017egani potrebujejo toliko \u010dasa, da vase vsrkajo vse in da se dose\u017ee resni\u010dna mojstrovina.<\/p>\n<p>Je pravilo deset tiso\u010d ur splo\u0161no pravilo za uspeh, ali se da enako narediti z manj urami? Na kratko poglejmo \u0161e zgodbo o Billu Gatsu, ki ga vsi dobro poznamo. Na njegov uspeh je dodatno vplivalo \u0161e nekaj dejavnikov. Vendar je klju\u010den prav tisti, o katerem govori tale zapis. A vseeno si oglejmo, kaj vse je vplivalo na Gatsov razvoj. En izmed dejavnikov je bil zagotovo ta, da je imel Gates premo\u017ene star\u0161e. Drugi dejavnik je bil, da so star\u0161i svojim otrokom tekom \u0161olanja pla\u010devali uporabo ra\u010dunalnikov, na katerih se je med drugimi lahko tudi Gates kalil kot srednje\u0161olec. Podjetje star\u0161a enega izmed njegovih so\u0161olcev je \u00a0potrebovalo nekoga za pregledovanje kode ob koncu tedna. Gates je tako lahko izkoristil uporabo ra\u010dunalnika za u\u010denje tudi med tednom. Po naklju\u010dju je izvedel, da neko podjetje potrebuje nekoga za razvoj programske opreme za pla\u010dilne liste. In je znova pre\u017eivel ure in ure za ra\u010dunalnikom. Gates je \u017eivel blizu Univerze v Washingotnu, kjer je prav tako lahko med tretjo in \u0161esto uro zjutraj vsak dan brezpla\u010dno koristil ra\u010dunalnik. Samo trdo delo je v\u010dasih pa\u010d premalo za uspeh. \u00a0Gates se zaveda, da je ob njegovi delavnosti in marljivosti imel tudi izjemno veliko sre\u010do, da se je vse poklopilo kot se je moralo.<\/p>\n<p>Angle\u0161ki avtor Gladwell je v Prebojnikih veliko govoril tudi o hokejistih. O\u010de enega izmed hokejistov ekipe Medicine Hat Tigers je razlagal zgodbo o svojem sinu. Ko je bil star okoli \u0161tiri leta, je dobil v roke hokejsko palico. Od jutra do ve\u010dera sta z o\u010detom na kuhinjskih tleh igrala hokej.\u00a0 Da je njegov sin kasneje igral na najvi\u0161ji ravni, je potreboval kar nekaj ur treninga. Uganete koliko?<\/p>\n<p>Veliko pa je bilo na drugi strani zapisanega na temo, da je 10.000 ur treninga in vaj na nek na\u010din samo mit. Mit in ne pravilo, kot ga je zapisal avtor Gladwell. \u0160port je zagotovo bolj kompleksna stvar, ki se je je potrebno lotiti na\u010drtno. V kolikor se bi trenerji dr\u017eali kvantitete in ne ve\u010d kvalitete treningov, bi lahko \u0161portnik kaj hitro skrenil z za\u010drtane poti. Seveda na \u0161portnika (ve\u010d kot denimo na pianiste, poslovne\u017ee, &#8230;) vpliva tudi genetika, talent in nastop oziroma udejstvovanje. Potem je tukaj \u0161e usmerjenost v vrhunski \u0161port. Ni nujno, da bo nekdo pri \u0161tirih letih za\u010del trenirati ko\u0161arko in bo zaradi tega dober ko\u0161arkar. Lahko, da bo najprej potreboval koordinacijo, ki jo bo morda dobil pri drugih \u0161portih. Otrok se lahko tudi kasneje specializira v \u0161port, v katerem bo kasneje uspel. Ogromno ur in treningov je sicer lahko cilj, vendar je pri vsem tem potrebno paziti \u0161e na prenatreniranost. \u00a0Obstajajo pa tudi druga\u010dni treningi \u2013 na primer mentalni, ki tudi veliko pripomorejo k razvoju. Vsak \u0161portnik je poglavje zase, ne glede na to ali je prisoten v individualnem ali ekipnem \u0161portu, in mora biti tretiran individualno. Je pa dejstvo, da je za uspeh potrebno ogromno \u0161tevilo ur in po na\u0161em mnenju ve\u010d ponovitev, kot jih naredijo ostali.<\/p>\n<p>Kaj je torej prav? 10.000 ur treninga ali &#8230;?<\/p>\n<p>Pri deset tiso\u010d urah je dejstvo eno. To je ogromna koli\u010dina ur. Nemogo\u010de je tudi, da bi bodisi mlad \u0161portnik ali tisti, ki se ukvarja s katerokoli drugo aktivnostjo to naredil sam. Imeti mora\u0161 tudi star\u0161e, ki te podpirajo. V kolikor \u017eeli\u0161 uspeti v \u0161portu so potem tukaj \u0161e trenerji, ekipa ljudi, sre\u010da, \u010dim manj po\u0161kodb, pa tudi \u0161\u010depec sre\u010de. Pa zagotovo smo kak\u0161no \u0161e pozabili.<\/p>\n<p>Ko nas torej kak\u0161en mlad \u0161portnik vpra\u0161a, kaj je potrebno za uspeh, je te\u017eko odgovoriti v enem stavku. Tudi 10.000 ur treninga ne bi bil pravi odgovor, saj je dejavnikov na poti do uspeha res ogromno. Dejstvo pa je nekaj. Da \u0161portnik uspe, potrebuje veliko stvari. Predanost, \u017eeljo, marljivost in ogromno ur treningov, ponovitev, odrekanja in ostalih aktivnosti izven \u0161porta, ki dandanes prav tako niso zanemarljive. Ampak to je \u017ee nova tema, ki se je bomo dotaknili naslednji\u010d. Potrebno je delati, trenirati in garati ve\u010d kot to po\u010dnejo ostali.<\/p>\n<p>Sami pri sebi presodite ali je 10.000 ur mit ali pravilo.<\/p>\n<p>In kaj \u017eelimo mi? \u010ce smo \u017ee zapisali tak\u0161en naslov, pa naj bo to 10.000 ur.
