style=\"--awb-line-height:1.2;\"><p>Novope\u010deni \u010dlan na\u0161e ekipe Proelium Vid \u0160tuhec se bo letos \u017ee drugi\u010d udele\u017eil vzdr\u017eljivostne preizku\u0161nje imenovane Ironman. Pred odhodom smo se z njim pogovarjali o vtisih s prvega Ironmana, napornih treningih in pripravah, zaupal pa nam je tudi cilj za naslednjo preizku\u0161njo. Leto\u0161nja izvedba &#8220;Ironman 70.3 Slovenian Istria&#8221; bo na sporedu 19. septembra, ko bomo za na\u0161ega Vida stiskali pesti tudi mi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vid, pozdravljen. Nam lahko zaupa\u0161 nekaj ve\u010d informacij o leto\u0161nji izvedbi? Kje bo potekala in kaj vse te \u010daka?<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8220;Slovenska Istra bo letos \u017ee tretji\u010d gostila tekmovanje Ironman 70.3, torej tekmovanje na katerem se atleti spopademo na 1,9 kilometra dolgem plavalnem delu s \u0161tartom na mestni pla\u017ei v Kopru, nato se podamo na 90 kilometrov dolgo kolesarjenje na vrh \u010crnega kala in \u010dez nekaj vrhov nazaj do mestne pla\u017ee. Za seboj pustimo pribli\u017eno 900 vi\u0161inskih metrov, za zaklju\u010dek pa \u0161e 21 kilometrov dolg tek do Izole in nazaj. Gre za polovi\u010dnega Ironmana, kar \u017ee pove sama oznaka, torej pokrije se distanca 70.3 milj. Polna distanca Ironmana je 140.6 milj, kjer so vse na\u0161tete distance pri disciplinah dvojne. Sredi\u0161\u010de dogajanja je na mestni pla\u017ei v Kopru, kjer bodo na velikem odru razli\u010dne animacije, ki so namenjene bolj gledalcem kot nam tekmovalcem. Ironman je postal res ogromen brand, ki pritegne ogromno tekmovalcev in posledi\u010dno tudi gledalcev. Ko sem se leta 2019 udele\u017eil tega dogodka, je bilo skupno 1700 tekmovalcev iz 53 dr\u017eav. Nasploh pa vedno velja, \u010de si \u017eeli\u0161 neko bolj specifi\u010dno, bolj udarno tekmo, mora\u0161 s prijavo na tekmovanje kar pohiteti.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kolikokrat tedensko trenira\u0161 in kaj to pomeni \u010dasovno?<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8220;S \u0161portom se ukvarjam vsak dan, z redkimi izjemami. Konkretno z namenom treninga pa se podam na cestno kolo, na tek ali plavam nekje 4 do 5 krat tedensko. Ob tem kot alternativo klasi\u010dnim pliometri\u010dnim treningom veliko igram odbojko na mivki in squash, kot alternativo cestnem kolesu velikokrat sedem na gorskega. Najte\u017eja alternativa klasi\u010dnemu treningu pa je ravno pri plavanju, za katerega priznam, da je od treh disciplin naj\u0161ibkej\u0161a pri meni, prav zato, ker ji posvetim najmanj \u010dasa. Sicer zelo rad plavam v morju, nekaj manj raje v jezerih. Plavanje v jezerih mi je enostavno dohumorno in se mu posvetim resneje \u0161ele 3 do 4 mesece pred triatlonskim dogodkom. Treningi teka potekajo pribli\u017eno od 1 do 2 uri, treningi kolesa so od 1 ure do 6 ur, plavanje pa nekje od 45 minut do ure in 15. Na teden naberem pribli\u017eno 12 do 14 resno aktivnih ur treninga.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Od kod ljubezen do tega?<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8220;Od nekdaj sem bil zagret za vzdr\u017eljivostne \u0161porte in \u0161porte na dveh kolesih. Relativno hitro mi je o\u010de uresni\u010dil \u017eeljo po kros motorju, tako da sva veliko \u010dasa pre\u017eivela na strmih in neravnih povr\u0161inah, ki pa te tehni\u010dno in motori\u010dno zelo dobro razvijajo. Udele\u017eil sem se tudi nekaj Cross country dirk v Sloveniji, ampak sem imel vedno manj \u010dasa za ta \u0161port, ker sem \u0161tudiral v tujini. Ko sem si pri smu\u010danju pretrgal zadnjo kri\u017eno vez, sem vedel, da bom moral motor postaviti za kak\u0161no leto na stran. Za rehabilitacijo kolena se lahko sicer zahvalim Darji Kramberger, saj sva z rehabilitacijo za\u010dela \u017ee tretji dan po po\u0161kodbi in mi je omogo\u010dila, da sem neverjetno hitro spet lahko uporabljal svojo dominantno nogo in za\u010del spet pridobivati mi\u0161i\u010dno maso. Na sre\u010do pa je eden najbolj\u0161ih \u0161portov za rehabilitacijo kolena ravno kolesarjenje. In z \u017eeljo, da koleno spet spravim do istega oziroma bolj\u0161ega nivoja kot je bilo pred tem, sem se vedno bolj usmerjal v gorsko kolesarstvo. Ker sem se pri tem ogromno sre\u010deval s spreminjanjem terena in za sabo zagotovo pustil kar nekaj vi\u0161inskih metrov, sem zgradil dobro bazo za prehod na cestno kolesarjenje. Prvo in do sedaj edino cestno kolo sem si kupil \u0161ele po opravljenem Ironmanu v Istri leta 2019, do takrat pa sem treniral na izposojenem kolesu, ker nisem bil prepri\u010dan, da je ta \u0161port zame. Zdel se mi je premalo dinami\u010den. Zdaj nisem ve\u010d tak\u0161nega mnenja, moram re\u010di, da res u\u017eivam pri hitrih spustih, predvsem pa u\u017eivam, ko pridem na vrh res zahtevnega vzpona. Pot nanj je seveda izjemno te\u017eka, ampak sam vrh je najve\u010dja mo\u017ena nagrada v tistem trenutku.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kako dolgo se pripravlja\u0161 na enega Ironmana?<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8220;Odvisno je od \u0161portne zgodovine, torej kak\u0161no kapaciteto in intenziteto treninga je tvoje telo pripravljeno sprejeti in stopnjevati brez mo\u017enih po\u0161kodb. Seveda je tudi vpra\u0161anje, kaj \u017eeli\u0161 na tekmovanju dose\u010di. Jaz sem se za svojega prvega pripravljal pribli\u017eno pol leta, takrat je bila v primarnem fokusu olimpijska distanca, ki zna\u0161a malo manj, torej 1500 metrov plavanja, 40 kilometrov kolesa in 10 kilometrov teka. Dva meseca pred finalnim dogodkom olimpijske distance na Bledu sem preizkusil svojo formo in dejanske tranzicije. Ravno takrat je bilo organizirano tekmovanje v olimpijski distanci v triatlonu. Tam sem lahko vse testiral v tekmovalni atmosferi in sem na koncu tekme za\u010dutil, da bi lahko dal ve\u010d, ampak ne nujno ve\u010d kot izbolj\u0161anje \u010dasa, ampak tudi v smislu, da bi lahko vse skupaj delal dalje. Potem sem po naklju\u010dju videl reklamo za Ironmana, ki je bil nekje 3 do 4 tedne kasneje, kar je bilo idealno. Po\u010dutil sem se mo\u010dnega, naslednja dva tedna sem \u0161e samo stopnjeval distanco in samo kapaciteto treninga, intenziteto pa sicer malo zmanj\u0161al in potem sem bil po mojem mnenju dobro pripravljen za Ironmana. Takrat je bil samo cilj, da pridem skozi.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-4 fusion_builder_column_3_4 3_4 Kak\u0161en je vtis iz prvega? Koliko je bil takrat tvoj \u010das in kak\u0161ni so leto\u0161nji cilji?<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8220;Vtis s prvega Ironmana je bil izjemen. \u0160e sem si \u017eelel to delati. Sam potek tekme je bil do kak\u0161nega 13 kilometra teka odli\u010den, na kolesu sem nadomestil veliko \u010dasa, ki sem ga izgubil pri plavanju. Tudi tek je na za\u010detku deloval super, potem pa se je pri 13 kilometru malo zataknilo. Po\u010dutil sem se praznega, \u010dutil sem, da v mi\u0161icah ni ve\u010d glikogena. Na sre\u010do je bilo to \u017ee zelo blizu Izole, kjer je bilo ve\u010d postaj s pija\u010do in hrano. Nato sem se po doma\u010de povedano nabasal s sladkorjem, Coca Cola, Red Bull, geli. Upal sem, da \u010dim prej za\u010dnejo u\u010dinkovat in da me vse skupaj popelje nazaj do Kopra. Na sre\u010do se je telo dobro odzvalo in sem se pri 16 kilometru \u017ee pribli\u017eal tempu, ki sem ga imel pred krizo. Zaklju\u010dil sem na polno, da ne bi ob\u017ealoval kak\u0161nega pu\u0161\u010denega atoma energije v sebi. Distanco sem premagal v 5 urah in 20 minutah. Leto\u0161nji cilj je seveda premagati ta \u010das. Seveda je veliko stvari, ki bodo vplivale na moj \u010das, ki niso povezane z mojim fizi\u010dnim ali mentalnim stanjem. To je lahko od valovitega morja, vetra, tekmovalcev ali pa ne dovolj zau\u017eitih kalorij tekom tekme. Prava prehranska strategija pred tak\u0161nimi tekmami je namre\u010d klju\u010dna, da se telo ne izprazni. Torej, ko si prepozen pri zau\u017eivanju kalorij med samo tekmo, nastopijo razne te\u017eave, od kr\u010dev, prebavnih te\u017eav in podobnih zadev, ki lahko konkretno raztegnejo \u010das ali pa celo prepre\u010dijo pre\u010dkanje cilja na koncu. V bistvu je cilj res priti do konca kar se da hitro in da bom na koncu vedel, da sem dal od sebe vse kar imam.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kako to, da si se odlo\u010dil da sploh nastopi\u0161 na Ironmanu? Od kod \u017eelja po tem?<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8220;Kar mi je pri tem \u0161portu posebej v\u0161e\u010d je to, da dejansko tekmuje\u0161 s samim sabo, saj si v svoji glavi ve\u010d kot 5 ur in se s svojim telesom pogaja\u0161 koliko ga dejansko boli in koliko pretirava. Tekom treningov in samega dogodka potekajo zelo zanimivi dialogi s samim sabo. Spomnim se trenutka, ko sem se odlo\u010dil, da bom nastopil na Ironmanu. To je bilo sicer med opravljanjem prakse na Galapa\u0161kih otokih. Sedeli smo v baru in na televiziji so predvajali tekmovanje Ironmana. Takrat sem bil 3 mesece na Galapagosu in sem razvil kar mo\u010dno vez z naravno in pilil fizi\u010dno pripravljenost. Takrat je pritavala misel, da bom to enkrat naredil. Zdaj sem na pol poti in \u010de bo vse po planu, v kar ne dvomim, bom do leta 2023 poln Ironman, do zdaj sem namre\u010d polovi\u010den.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kako usklajuje\u0161 slu\u017ebene zadeve in treninge?<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8220;Eden ve\u010djih izzivov je usklajevanje slu\u017ebenih zadev in treningov, v\u010dasih je te\u017eje, v\u010dasih la\u017eje. Zelo mi odgovarja, da imamo v slu\u017ebi 3 krat na teden mo\u017enost delo od doma in ne izgubljam \u010dasa z vo\u017enjo in mi ostane \u0161e kaj prostega \u010dasa. Najve\u010dji problem tukaj predstavlja predvsem pomanjkanje \u010dasa za polnovredne obroke, da generalno nadomesti\u0161, toliko kot med dnevom pokuri\u0161. Pojesti 3000-4000 kalorij na dan se mogo\u010de sli\u0161i la\u017eje kot dejansko je. Ko sem v pisarni je prva prosta minuta \u0161ele po tu\u0161u, v postelji. Ampak tako je trenutno, ko res treniram vsak dan in \u0161e zadnja dva tedna dvigujem trening. Absolutno pa je premalo ur v dnevu, predvsem svetlih. \u017delim imeti seveda \u0161e nekaj \u010dasa za svoje najbli\u017eje, ki so zelo razumevajo\u010di, predvsem moja Ana.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kak\u0161ni so tvoji dolgoro\u010dni plani?<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8220;Kar se ti\u010de dolgoro\u010dnih planov&#8230; Predvsem biti pripravljen na polno distanco Ironmana v letu ali pa malo ve\u010d, medtem pa se podati \u0161e na kak\u0161no vzdr\u017eljivostno preizku\u0161njo, kak tek po brezpotjih, kolesarski maratoni, mogo\u010de tudi ultra maraton. Predvsem vsak dan testirati svoje meje fizi\u010dnih in mentalnih sposobnosti. Naj bo to v sklopu kak\u0161nih tekmovanj, dobrodelnih zadev ali enostavno s treningi, oziroma cilji v lastni re\u017eiji. Je pa res, da bom moral dodati svojim treningom treninge za mo\u010d, da oja\u010dam vezi in sklepe in se s tem izognem morebitnim po\u0161kodbam. Pred odhodom smo se z njim pogovarjali o vtisih s prvega Ironmana, napornih treningih in pripravah, zaupal pa nam je tudi cilj za naslednjo preizku\u0161njo. Leto\u0161nja izvedba &#8220;Ironman 70.3 Slovenian Istria&#8221; bo na sporedu 19. septembra, ko bomo za na\u0161ega Vida stiskali pesti tudi mi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vid, pozdravljen. Nam lahko zaupa\u0161 nekaj ve\u010d informacij o leto\u0161nji izvedbi? Kje bo potekala in kaj vse te \u010daka?<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8220;Slovenska Istra bo letos \u017ee tretji\u010d gostila tekmovanje Ironman 70.3, torej tekmovanje na katerem se atleti spopademo na 1,9 kilometra dolgem plavalnem delu s \u0161tartom na mestni pla\u017ei v Kopru, nato se podamo na 90 kilometrov dolgo kolesarjenje na vrh \u010crnega kala in \u010dez nekaj vrhov nazaj do mestne pla\u017ee. Za seboj pustimo pribli\u017eno 900 vi\u0161inskih metrov, za zaklju\u010dek pa \u0161e 21 kilometrov dolg tek do Izole in nazaj. Gre za polovi\u010dnega Ironmana, kar \u017ee pove sama oznaka, torej pokrije se distanca 70.3 milj. Polna distanca Ironmana je 140.6 milj, kjer so vse na\u0161tete distance pri disciplinah dvojne. Sredi\u0161\u010de dogajanja je na mestni pla\u017ei v Kopru, kjer bodo na velikem odru razli\u010dne animacije, ki so namenjene bolj gledalcem kot nam tekmovalcem. Ironman je postal res ogromen brand, ki pritegne ogromno tekmovalcev in posledi\u010dno tudi gledalcev. Ko sem se leta 2019 udele\u017eil tega dogodka, je bilo skupno 1700 tekmovalcev iz 53 dr\u017eav. Nasploh pa vedno velja, \u010de si \u017eeli\u0161 neko bolj specifi\u010dno, bolj udarno tekmo, mora\u0161 s prijavo na tekmovanje kar pohiteti.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kolikokrat tedensko trenira\u0161 in kaj to pomeni \u010dasovno?<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8220;S \u0161portom se ukvarjam vsak dan, z redkimi izjemami. Konkretno z namenom treninga pa se podam na cestno kolo, na tek ali plavam nekje 4 do 5 krat tedensko. Ob tem kot alternativo klasi\u010dnim pliometri\u010dnim treningom veliko igram odbojko na mivki in squash, kot alternativo cestnem kolesu velikokrat sedem na gorskega. Najte\u017eja alternativa klasi\u010dnemu treningu pa je ravno pri plavanju, za katerega priznam, da je od treh disciplin naj\u0161ibkej\u0161a pri meni, prav zato, ker ji posvetim najmanj \u010dasa. Sicer zelo rad plavam v morju, nekaj manj raje v jezerih. Plavanje v jezerih mi je enostavno dohumorno in se mu posvetim resneje \u0161ele 3 do 4 mesece pred triatlonskim dogodkom. Treningi teka potekajo pribli\u017eno od 1 do 2 uri, treningi kolesa so od 1 ure do 6 ur, plavanje pa nekje od 45 minut do ure in 15. Na teden naberem pribli\u017eno 12 do 14 resno aktivnih ur treninga.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Od kod ljubezen do tega?<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8220;Od nekdaj sem bil zagret za vzdr\u017eljivostne \u0161porte in \u0161porte na dveh kolesih. Relativno hitro mi je o\u010de uresni\u010dil \u017eeljo po kros motorju, tako da sva veliko \u010dasa pre\u017eivela na strmih in neravnih povr\u0161inah, ki pa te tehni\u010dno in motori\u010dno zelo dobro razvijajo. Udele\u017eil sem se tudi nekaj Cross country dirk v Sloveniji, ampak sem imel vedno manj \u010dasa za ta \u0161port, ker sem \u0161tudiral v tujini. Ko sem si pri smu\u010danju pretrgal zadnjo kri\u017eno vez, sem vedel, da bom moral motor postaviti za kak\u0161no leto na stran. Za rehabilitacijo kolena se lahko sicer zahvalim Darji Kramberger, saj sva z rehabilitacijo za\u010dela \u017ee tretji dan po po\u0161kodbi in mi je omogo\u010dila, da sem neverjetno hitro spet lahko uporabljal svojo dominantno nogo in za\u010del spet pridobivati mi\u0161i\u010dno maso. Na sre\u010do pa je eden najbolj\u0161ih \u0161portov za rehabilitacijo kolena ravno kolesarjenje. In z \u017eeljo, da koleno spet spravim do istega oziroma bolj\u0161ega nivoja kot je bilo pred tem, sem se vedno bolj usmerjal v gorsko kolesarstvo. Ker sem se pri tem ogromno sre\u010deval s spreminjanjem terena in za sabo zagotovo pustil kar nekaj vi\u0161inskih metrov, sem zgradil dobro bazo za prehod na cestno kolesarjenje. Prvo in do sedaj edino cestno kolo sem si kupil \u0161ele po opravljenem Ironmanu v Istri leta 2019, do takrat pa sem treniral na izposojenem kolesu, ker nisem bil prepri\u010dan, da je ta \u0161port zame. Zdel se mi je premalo dinami\u010den. Zdaj nisem ve\u010d tak\u0161nega mnenja, moram re\u010di, da res u\u017eivam pri hitrih spustih, predvsem pa u\u017eivam, ko pridem na vrh res zahtevnega vzpona. Pot nanj je seveda izjemno te\u017eka, ampak sam vrh je najve\u010dja mo\u017ena nagrada v tistem trenutku.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kako dolgo se pripravlja\u0161 na enega Ironmana?<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8220;Odvisno je od \u0161portne zgodovine, torej kak\u0161no kapaciteto in intenziteto treninga je tvoje telo pripravljeno sprejeti in stopnjevati brez mo\u017enih po\u0161kodb. Seveda je tudi vpra\u0161anje, kaj \u017eeli\u0161 na tekmovanju dose\u010di. Jaz sem se za svojega prvega pripravljal pribli\u017eno pol leta, takrat je bila v primarnem fokusu olimpijska distanca, ki zna\u0161a malo manj, torej 1500 metrov plavanja, 40 kilometrov kolesa in 10 kilometrov teka. Dva meseca pred finalnim dogodkom olimpijske distance na Bledu sem preizkusil svojo formo in dejanske tranzicije. Ravno takrat je bilo organizirano tekmovanje v olimpijski distanci v triatlonu. Tam sem lahko vse testiral v tekmovalni atmosferi in sem na koncu tekme za\u010dutil, da bi lahko dal ve\u010d, ampak ne nujno ve\u010d kot izbolj\u0161anje \u010dasa, ampak tudi v smislu, da bi lahko vse skupaj delal dalje. Potem sem po naklju\u010dju videl reklamo za Ironmana, ki je bil nekje 3 do 4 tedne kasneje, kar je bilo idealno. Po\u010dutil sem se mo\u010dnega, naslednja dva tedna sem \u0161e samo stopnjeval distanco in samo kapaciteto treninga, intenziteto pa sicer malo zmanj\u0161al in potem sem bil po mojem mnenju dobro pripravljen za Ironmana. Takrat je bil samo cilj, da pridem skozi.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-8 fusion_builder_column_1_1 1_1 Kak\u0161en je vtis iz prvega? Koliko je bil takrat tvoj \u010das in kak\u0161ni so leto\u0161nji cilji?<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8220;Vtis s prvega Ironmana je bil izjemen. \u0160e sem si \u017eelel to delati. Sam potek tekme je bil do kak\u0161nega 13 kilometra teka odli\u010den, na kolesu sem nadomestil veliko \u010dasa, ki sem ga izgubil pri plavanju. Tudi tek je na za\u010detku deloval super, potem pa se je pri 13 kilometru malo zataknilo. Po\u010dutil sem se praznega, \u010dutil sem, da v mi\u0161icah ni ve\u010d glikogena. Na sre\u010do je bilo to \u017ee zelo blizu Izole, kjer je bilo ve\u010d postaj s pija\u010do in hrano. Nato sem se po doma\u010de povedano nabasal s sladkorjem, Coca Cola, Red Bull, geli. Upal sem, da \u010dim prej za\u010dnejo u\u010dinkovat in da me vse skupaj popelje nazaj do Kopra. Na sre\u010do se je telo dobro odzvalo in sem se pri 16 kilometru \u017ee pribli\u017eal tempu, ki sem ga imel pred krizo. Zaklju\u010dil sem na polno, da ne bi ob\u017ealoval kak\u0161nega pu\u0161\u010denega atoma energije v sebi. Distanco sem premagal v 5 urah in 20 minutah. Leto\u0161nji cilj je seveda premagati ta \u010das. Seveda je veliko stvari, ki bodo vplivale na moj \u010das, ki niso povezane z mojim fizi\u010dnim ali mentalnim stanjem. To je lahko od valovitega morja, vetra, tekmovalcev ali pa ne dovolj zau\u017eitih kalorij tekom tekme. Prava prehranska strategija pred tak\u0161nimi tekmami je namre\u010d klju\u010dna, da se telo ne izprazni. Torej, ko si prepozen pri zau\u017eivanju kalorij med samo tekmo, nastopijo razne te\u017eave, od kr\u010dev, prebavnih te\u017eav in podobnih zadev, ki lahko konkretno raztegnejo \u010das ali pa celo prepre\u010dijo pre\u010dkanje cilja na koncu. V bistvu je cilj res priti do konca kar se da hitro in da bom na koncu vedel, da sem dal od sebe vse kar imam.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kako to, da si se odlo\u010dil da sploh nastopi\u0161 na Ironmanu? Od kod \u017eelja po tem?<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8220;Kar mi je pri tem \u0161portu posebej v\u0161e\u010d je to, da dejansko tekmuje\u0161 s samim sabo, saj si v svoji glavi ve\u010d kot 5 ur in se s svojim telesom pogaja\u0161 koliko ga dejansko boli in koliko pretirava. Tekom treningov in samega dogodka potekajo zelo zanimivi dialogi s samim sabo. Spomnim se trenutka, ko sem se odlo\u010dil, da bom nastopil na Ironmanu. To je bilo sicer med opravljanjem prakse na Galapa\u0161kih otokih. Sedeli smo v baru in na televiziji so predvajali tekmovanje Ironmana. Takrat sem bil 3 mesece na Galapagosu in sem razvil kar mo\u010dno vez z naravno in pilil fizi\u010dno pripravljenost. Takrat je pritavala misel, da bom to enkrat naredil. Zdaj sem na pol poti in \u010de bo vse po planu, v kar ne dvomim, bom do leta 2023 poln Ironman, do zdaj sem namre\u010d polovi\u010den.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kako usklajuje\u0161 slu\u017ebene zadeve in treninge?<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8220;Eden ve\u010djih izzivov je usklajevanje slu\u017ebenih zadev in treningov, v\u010dasih je te\u017eje, v\u010dasih la\u017eje. Zelo mi odgovarja, da imamo v slu\u017ebi 3 krat na teden mo\u017enost delo od doma in ne izgubljam \u010dasa z vo\u017enjo in mi ostane \u0161e kaj prostega \u010dasa. Najve\u010dji problem tukaj predstavlja predvsem pomanjkanje \u010dasa za polnovredne obroke, da generalno nadomesti\u0161, toliko kot med dnevom pokuri\u0161. Pojesti 3000-4000 kalorij na dan se mogo\u010de sli\u0161i la\u017eje kot dejansko je. Ko sem v pisarni je prva prosta minuta \u0161ele po tu\u0161u, v postelji. Ampak tako je trenutno, ko res treniram vsak dan in \u0161e zadnja dva tedna dvigujem trening. Absolutno pa je premalo ur v dnevu, predvsem svetlih. \u017delim imeti seveda \u0161e nekaj \u010dasa za svoje najbli\u017eje, ki so zelo razumevajo\u010di, predvsem moja Ana.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kak\u0161ni so tvoji dolgoro\u010dni plani?<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8220;Kar se ti\u010de dolgoro\u010dnih planov&#8230; Predvsem biti pripravljen na polno distanco Ironmana v letu ali pa malo ve\u010d, medtem pa se podati \u0161e na kak\u0161no vzdr\u017eljivostno preizku\u0161njo, kak tek po brezpotjih, kolesarski maratoni, mogo\u010de tudi ultra maraton. Predvsem vsak dan testirati svoje meje fizi\u010dnih in mentalnih sposobnosti. Naj bo to v sklopu kak\u0161nih tekmovanj, dobrodelnih zadev ali enostavno s treningi, oziroma cilji v lastni re\u017eiji. Je pa res, da bom moral dodati svojim treningom treninge za mo\u010d, da oja\u010dam vezi in sklepe in se s tem izognem morebitnim po\u0161kodbam.
