Kristjan Čeh, the giant from Podvince, is the European champion and world vice-champion in the discus throw.
In 2022, he was selected among the 10 best athletes in the world and was crowned Slovenian Athlete of the Year 2022. In 2024, Kristjan became the European champion in the discus throw, and the podium at the Olympic Games in Paris was narrowly missed. In 2025, he will attack the world crown in the discus throw at the World Athletics Championships in Tokyo.
Kristjan’s main goal is to make history with the longest discus throw in the world.
